We currently only ship to United Kingdom and Ireland.
All orders require a valid shipping address; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

IO Automation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
If you have received your order in a damaged condition, save all packaging materials and take photos to assist with the claims process.
